Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services to clients who are not using insurance.
Boundless Expression provides speech-language services on a private-pay basis for families who are not receiving services through a third-party funding source. Upon request, a written Good Faith Estimate outlining anticipated costs for services will be provided prior to the start of treatment.
Early Intervention services may be funded through a Regional Center or other authorized third-party program when services are approved through that funding source. When services are not funded through a Regional Center or other third-party program, they are provided on a private-pay basis and are eligible for a Good Faith Estimate.
The Good Faith Estimate is based on the information known at the time it is prepared and reflects expected charges for the recommended services. Actual services provided may vary based on individual needs and progress.
Clients who receive a Good Faith Estimate have the right to dispute charges that substantially exceed the estimate, as outlined under federal law.
If you have questions about private-pay services or would like to request a Good Faith Estimate, please use the contact information provided on this site.
